Can’t add to plan

I cannot seem to add to plan with any accessories. I am in first 17months, no outstanding bills... as soon as I log in it says I can’t add to plan right now. Any help? I’ve cleared cache and cookies as suggested in other posts.

If you give the sales team a call on 0800 956 6000 opt 2 opt 1 they will be able to process it for you.
