So I ported my number innto ee from o2. Over 24 hrs & everything works fine expect activation of bt sport. I’ve retained my old device and it’s unlocked however I just can’t recieve my pin to activate bt sport. I’m not wasting anymore time in an EE store or calling bt sport or their chat service. Can anyone suggest why I’m not receiving the pin?

If you have an IPhone try turning off iMessage. If not then you will need to speak to EE CS on 150.
