Hi, I have upgraded to the bt sport cast to TV add-on. The app itself works fine, and so does my Chromecast. However, I keep getting an error that says ee customers cannot cast to TV. I have contacted EE already and they said to restart my phone after sending some new settings. This has not fixed the issue. STILL can't cast to TV. Please help!!!

Please help. I've upgraded to the add on to cast to TV (and had confirmed by ee) but the app still says ee customers cannot cast to TV. I have latest BT sport app. Chromecast works for other apps, and bt app works fine on phone. Cannot cast. Help help help please!

Yeah been through to live chat and they have said they have received a few complaints about it not working. As long as it's sorted by the time premier league is back then I'll be happy

@Lee_H The TV app doesn't display the BT sport app so you can not stream as mentioned HERE on how to do this. I've been told by tech to call Apple ????. All the apps that are accessible via the TV app I have downloaded on my Apple TV but there is no BT sport app for the Apple TV so its not available via the TV app on the phone. and you can not stream via the BT sport app as only the sound is streamed to to Apple TV. there probably needs to be updates for the TV app and probably the BT app.

Same for me - spent 15 mins on live chat with someone who said it was the first time they’d heard of this. I’ll be asking for my trial to be reset if it’s not working bubthe weekend

I have been have same problem with chromcast. As an existing bt sport user I added the 3 month cast trial by sending a text to 150 I completed this and received text saying all was complete. But as other users have said as soon as I try to cast the message that ee customers can't cast pops up. Is this an issue with everyone or just isolated to certain people?

I can confirm it now works via Apple TV.

Iam still unable to cast. The only thing that has changed is the message which now informs me that I have not enabled cast on my account. I do not understand why this is the case as I have had confirmation text and also when checking my ee says that casting is on my account
