BT SPORT problem



I am being billed for the BT Sport add on but when I try and login on the BT sport app it says that I haven’t activated my account. When I click activate it comes up with an ID003 error and to ring EE. Tried ringing but lines are now closed. Meanwhile I am missing Liverpool vs Barcelona. Can anyone help?
