And there was me thinking / hoping EE were different. Alas... Entrapment for the new customer and f-all for the ones spending top dollar each and every month on EE already.
we know where we stand.

@85stars Its to entice new customers and to keep customers your a customer already so why would EE give you this mid contract ? Yes it would be nice to have this but EE are a company out to make money so why give it away when you don't have to.

As Apple Music is an upgrade that's free for 6 months I hope existing customers will get it as a free upgrade.

@Fruitcake when you are due an upgrade you can get this, you'll not get it mid contract this is not a upgrade its a promotion.

Disgusted about the total disregard for loyal and long standing EE customers. Where's our free music? I won't be renewing or upgrading when the time comes. Loyalty doesn't pay when it comes to incentives. EE should be trying to keep customers as well as attracting new ones.

But that's the the catch new and upgrading customers. So if you upgrade and show your loyalty then you get the offer. Why should EE allow you to have this now and you can then leave after your current contract ep.

How does this work for month to month contracts? Would I have to cancel and take out a new month to month contract?? I've currently got the bt sport add on for 6 months.
