Apple Music

So I clicked on the add on . On the EE app I didn’t work but said it was there when I went on the Apple Music it said I didn’t have a subscription , later in the day I’ve spoke to someone from Apple who said text “150”and say “Music” then “yes” so I did that And it worked I went on my add on then I had two so I wasn’t sure what one it was so I canceled both and now I have no Apple Music 😂 what a joke I need some help

@stoneystone69  To activate the Apple Music add-on although it is on your account is not activated until you text music to 150 but now you’ve cancelled it it’s not available any more to you.   You could try call customer services to see if they can re add it to your account.
