My free 6 months Apple Music finished today, and although it worked perfect last night it is now saying I do not have a valid EE subscription even though I have not cancelled the service after I recived the text today telling me my free trial had ended and I would be charged. ...
Why gas it stopped and how do I get it working again ?
In My EE it shows the subscription rate..

Yes that should be countie after six months. As it mentioned here Billing
As this is public forum and no one have account excess you need to call customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 07953 966 250,
Or you can do live chat opening Get in Touch -page underneath +EE.

Thanks for the replies...
I spent about 20 mins chatting this morning with tech support... they could see all was in order subscription wise..
They refreshed the SIM... no joy
We reinstalled the app.. no joy
He the escalated the problem....
I recived another text saying my subscription had been activated and to turn off/on the handset...
This seemed to have worked so no idea what went wrong.. lol think it confused him... lol
Only thing I have noted is that in My EE showed the free add on and the subscribed add on. ... after reactivation the free add on has kow gone...
So it may have been a conflict between the now expired free 6 months and the subscribed...
He did say he now knows how to rectify this if anyone else gas the issue..
Apple music now back and happy
