Hi, i'm not seeing the ee free 6 months links on Apple Music when i click on the URL sent via the 150 text. Is this because i ported my number to EE when i joined and so my device is not being recognised? I've definitely got the apple music add-on applied to my account. Thanks

@nayg It’s nothing about the device. Is your number showing correctly on the device? What device is it ?

Can you check the number is correct as @Chris_B has suggested as below:
Let us know if this is correct and if not what device you are using.

Thanks for coming back to me @nayg.
In this case can you turn your phone off and on, then check the number again.
If this is still incorrect please give us a call and we will get this sorted for you.
If you call us on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.
