Apple Music Add-on cancelled in My EE in web browser but shows in My EE App

Hello,

New customer here - have cancelled Apple Music via My EE when accessing from a Web Browser and it updated instantly to show only two active Add Ons left ("London Underground WiFi" and "100 % Usage Alert") which is correct. However, when I view my account online via the My EE App, it shows the Apple Music Add-on as still active under a separate heading called "Fixed Add ons". Is this normal? Does it just take longer to update on the My EE app compared to the website where it updates instantly?

@Profile closed This is normal as you’ve only cancelled not stopped the service, it actually stops on its renewal cycle date   So if that at the end of the month it will actually stop then as it’s a 30 day cycle.
