I never received my email to activate it. I have looked in spam.
Went to BT to get help as it clearly shows up on my addons list. They said it was down to EE.
Bit of a pass the buck scenario at the moment.
Anyone else had this? One of the most time-consuming things I've ever had to do. I bet I end up throwing in the towel.
