Any idea why my BT Sport Trial isn't working after 25 hours?

I never received my email to activate it. I have looked in spam.

Went to BT to get help as it clearly shows up on my addons list. They said it was down to EE.

Bit of a pass the buck scenario at the moment.

Anyone else had this? One of the most time-consuming things I've ever had to do. I bet I end up throwing in the towel.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I did. Step 7 never happened. Didn't get the email.

Hi, I think I kind of did. There was an error. EE cancelled my Addon then put it back on.
Can I log in to BT with my previous account details? No. Odd.
