Re: Amazon issues

Hi thanks for replying- when I click the link, it opens a web page with a loading bar - but nothing else happens. It just remains loading

Hi @Ab2019,

Welcome to the community 🙂

Are you still having the same issue this morning?

When you are selecting the link from the text, are you completing this from your EE handset and connected to the mobile network, not a WiFi connection?

Hi @Ab2019,

Thanks for coming back to me.

Can you access other web pages?

Have you cleared you cache and cookies?

Which phone are you using to access the page?

Re: Amazon issues

Hi @Ab2019,

How long has your account been active for?

I would recommend giving our customer care team a call. They will be able to look into your account and help with the subscription related to your number.

Thanks... I was hoping I wouldn't have to mess about calling someone but I will do 😊
