Have the Amazon Prime Video swappable however when trying to play any video through the Virgin TV app I just get a 'Something Went Wrong' error. Went to Amazon site as instructed in the error message however they've said to contact the third party who I get the service from (EE). Any ideas? Thanks.

@DMorris88 Download the Amazon prime app to your device and login to your prime account that way to watch on your device. I wouldn’t be surprised if somehow it’s blocked that way.

It does indeed. However I've noticed today that I cant access any of the live Premier League games. It only gives me the option to watch NBA and NFL. I've attached screenshot of what I see. It looks like I have been given the US version? Guessing it may be something to do with the Virgin Media app error? Also on the mobile app it says some programs arent available in my country but surely they wouldn't be available for me to view in the first place?

Just a follow up to this. Found my original welcome email from Amazon after choosing the swappable. There is a hyperlink in the email titled 'start watching here' that when I click on it takes me to a page that says go to the UK site. When I login to the UK site it says I dont have prime video!
