Add to plan order not despatched

I placed an add to plan order on 16/09/19 for a wireless charger, which was showing as in stock. 8 days later and I still have not received any despatch details. Can someone please advise? Thanks.

There is no account access on these forums so you will need to speak to EE CS on 150 about your order.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi, no I haven’t, lines appear to be very busy so haven’t been able to get through
