When I tried to look at the add to plan accessories I got an error message to say that my account was cancelled and that I had to be an existing customer to see the benifits. As I only took out my mobile last year on a two year contract I am very much an existing customer still and so am looking to see if this is a common problem or fault with the ee website.

I called ee customer service and they got it sorted out for me Appears that I had an old pay as you go sim registered on my account from a number of years ago. Because this has expired it was not letting me progress on the app or website. Once removed all was sorted out.
