Add on EarPods scam?

I received an email on the 6/9/19 stating that I could be eligible for certain add ons for my phone contract which included items such as fit bits and apple ear pods. I’d been meaning to get some for a while so I thought why not and filled out the details to add them to my contract, paying £18 extra a month for 11 months. I received a confirmation email which reading back sounds dodgy. I haven’t received any information since regarding delivery etc and today is the  16th. I’m not sure what to do. Any advice?

Did the email contain a link? If so, don't go there but what was the link?

Hi @Beckymitchell

Welcome to the community.

What was the email address that the email came from? Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team to see if there is an order on your account?
