Add To Plan order not delivered



I need some advice, last night I placed an order for a Samsung 43” Ultra HD 4K Smart TV | Black on add to plan add-ons to my account and I placed the order before 9pm and I phoned up this morning and I got told that it will take 1 or 2 business days but I haven't heard anything yet and I haven't even got any email confirmation from the courier which I got told it's by Parcel force that will deliver my TV, just wondering if anyone else has ordered this tv and how long did it take to arrive? I paid £30.00 upfront as I thought I would get it today, not very happy. 


Any advice would be great thank you.
