15 months of Apple charges after cancelling services!

I've just found out that Apple has been charging me £9.98 per month for Apple Music, after cancelling by text in January 2018. I have a screenshot of the text message(s) with cancellation request, reply from EE on how to cancel, and my instruction to cancel. That's 15 months of unwarranted charges by EE/Apple totalling £149.70!

I assumed I will need to call 150, and I will do tomorrow, thank you.

I wanted to post on here though to see if anybody else within the community has had similar issues, and whether it is a common problem, and I welcome any replies from other members,
