This is what I found online :
Of course, not everywhere will have 5G from day one. However, EE has revealed where will get it first. The network will first switch 5G on in parts of London, Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh, Birmingham and Manchester.
Specifically, 5G from EE is initially known to be coming to Hyde Park in London, the Welsh Assembly in Cardiff, Belfast City Airport, Waverly train station in Edinburgh, the Manchester Arena, and the Bullring in Birmingham.
Then, throughout the rest of 2019 it will bring coverage to parts of Glasgow, Newcastle, Liverpool, Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Nottingham, Leicester, Coventry and Bristol.
As for everywhere else, that’s uncertain. The smaller or more remote the place you live, the longer you’re likely to have to wait for 5G, but it’s sure to arrive sooner or later.

It won't cover the whole of London to begin with it'll be central London like the financial district and popular tourist areas.
