set LAN IP from device MAC address

I would like the EE router to give a LAN device a fixed IP like 192.168.1.69 when it sees that the device has a MAC like 18:fe:34:fa:3b:c2

I did this with my old landline system but cannot see a menu item for this in the EE 4G home router.

Is it possible?

(the devices are ESP8266 boxes with OTA programming - you can't specify a fixed IP on them with that running)

Re: set LAN IP from device MAC address

If you can't see it, it ain't there. You obviously would recognise it & know what to look for. It would be in the Router DHCP Settings.

Re: set LAN IP from device MAC address

I wonder if it possible for DHCP (with MAC detection) to be handled by my old device sitting in the LAN and of course have the EE DHCP switched off?
