resign from continuing current contract?

Hi. I would like to inform that I don't want to continue my current contract after the period when my current contract ends (10/01/2018). Do you need my details from contract to do this for me?

HI, @Aniaeeen

You need to call customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider to 07953 966 250 to give 30 days notice to finish your contract.

I phoned to them and done it. Is it possible to check online if they do this for me? I need confirmation.
