Hi - i bought 4g Wifi a few weeks ago (brilliant product) and wanted to go in and buy another EE device - i got a message telling me that i can;t and to come back soon. can anyone tell me how long i have to wait before adding a new product to my account?

I would give our sales team a quick call as they will be able to advise.
Just a heads ups before you dial, sometimes we do need you to have paid 3 months consecutive bills before we consider you for any other devices.
