Wi-Fi but No internet

I had a 4gee Wi-Fi device with multiple devices across android and iOS and desktop pcs all connected. Had issues with it so had a new one. Now though... 7 out of 10 devices day connected to Wi-Fi but No internet.

 

I've tried all the rebooting over devices and the 4gee wifi unit. 

 

Have tried the forgetting over WiFi networks.

 

Have checked that all software is Upto date.

 

How come they all worked with one box but not another.

 

Any ideas as the guys in the EE Shop where I live have no idea. And basically we now are paying for Internet at home that Most of us can't use.   Rather annoying. Any help welcome.

Yep checked and all is well. 

3 devices work fine get online etc. 7 devices can connect to the Wi-Fi but get given no internet is my issue

Yep tried that several times and still no joy. 

 

It's annoying that so many people have had this issue yet no one has a definitive answer to fix it.
