@Butterypeter95 Are the APN settings correct on the device? Is cellular data turned on ? Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data ? Do you have a data allowance? Are you contract or payg ?

Here are the steps to check your mobile data connection:-
Tap Settings >>> Scroll to and tap More networks >>> Tap Mobile networks >>> Tap Mobile data >>> Tap OK if prompted.
