My account says I have data and credit. But everytime I try to connect to internet I am automatically directed to the EE top up page why? Why can I not access data
Hello @Alerjohns sorry to hear you are having problems using your MBB device. What device are you using? On http://add-on.ee.co.uk under the status tab does it show a data allowance? If so is the status showing as 'waiting' or 'active'? 🙂
