Since agreeing to a carrier update I cannot connect to WiFi.

since agreeing to a carrier update I got the SMS message popping up number you are sending to hasn’t enough digits but I had not tried to send a message then every time I got a WhatsApp message or used my WiFi it disconnected the other devices in the house connected to WiFi. I have tried resetting the network and forgetting WiFi and switching phone off and now I can’t connect to WiFi at all. Please help it’s soooo frustrating
