Sim cards

Hi I have a sim in my apple phone which works at 4 G I also have a sim in my 4G Wi-Fi.  I have been getting lots of problems with speed on my Wi-Fi, I have taken the sim out and put it in my phone and it is only registering at 3 G!
so my 4G mi Wi-Fi is really 3G.  Any suggestions why this is?

Hi @rosymac1

Thanks for coming to the community.

Do you have 4G enabled in your iPhone settings?

You can check this in Settings > Mobile Data > Voice and Data.

If so, and your phone SIM works with 4G showing, it may be the SIM card, you can give us a call on 150 and we will see if you need a new SIM card sent for the WiFi device.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
