Registering PAYG mifi on my EE

My EE app doesn’t allow me to register my PAYG mini WIFI and when I try and add it to my account via a web page it doesn’t recognise the number. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes, you can't add a PAYG no. to a contract MyEE. You need to create a separate MyEE a/c for it.

Is your existing a/c for a contract?

Re: Registering PAYG mifi on my EE

Hi @Tricia5566

Welcome to the community. 🙂

I see @XRaySpeX has gotten to the bottom of this for you. You just need to create a separate My EE account for the pay as you go number.

Let us know how you get on.
