Register 4gEE Wifi Device

I am getting fed up of going round in circles. I add the 4GEE Wifi Device to my EE account and it tells me to connect to the device, login and continue, which I do, and it just keeps going round in this loop 😞

Can someone help me please

@sneak_chamber : MyEE doesn't work for registering PAYG MBB devices. It stops at telling you to connect your device & login to it, but when you've done as instructed it doesn't have anywhere for you to say you've done it.

You may continue using your MBB but you just can't register it to MyEE.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to the router will tell you your usage.

Go to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to the router to buy add-ons.

Just encountered the same issue after installing a new EE 120Gb Connected Data SIM in a Huawei e5577s mifi unit.

The link in the previous response, http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status , just returns a "403 Forbidden - You don't have permission to access this resource." response.

Can you assist?

Thanks

@Why_Me : It shouldn't & doesn't for me.

Many thanks for speedy response however just tried clicking the link again (multiple times) and copy and pasting the link (multiple times) and just get the 403 Forbidden response.

Anything else I can try?

OK, problem solved.👍

It was a browser setting restricting to https-only mode which when turned off works.

However, surprised there's not an https mode for the webpage.👎

Thanks again for feedback.👍
