Does your phone connect to a Polish network at all or does it show 'No Service'?
Please try the steps below:-
Try re-booting your device
Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’
Perform a manual network search:-
Please let me know if any of that works.

Are you on contract or PAYG? Roaming in EU is enabled for PAYG anyway.

Well, you can't fix it by repeatedly telling us. You need to instead repeatedly call EE to sort it out.

As you can receive calls, it sounds like you have an international call bar on your SIM.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
