New device not showing on My EE

How long does it take for a new device/service to show in My EE?

 

I've recently subscribed to the 4GEE broadband service but the router/data plan isn't showing on my devices page.

Have you added its no. to your MyEE on the Account Settings page? It doesn't just appear on its own.

Thanks for the help 🙂  I hadn't realised that I had to add it manually - where do I do this?
