(Mywifi)

Hi there, 

i have reset my WiFi top up box and have lost the keep me card and there’s no label what so ever on the little box ?? I know the admin but not the actual original password

All is not lost!

 

Both the admin user & pwd were originally "admin". If you've forgotten the WiFi pwd you can login at http://192.168.1.1 as "admin"/"admin" & go to Wireless section & you'll see the WiFi pwd in clear.

 

If you've ever changed the admin pwd you'll need to factory reset the device by pushing a pin the reset hole for about 10 secs & the admin pwd will default back to "admin"

Hi, you have to be connected in order to get into the 192.168.1.1 in first place it’s that password I need to recover ?

You connect, not by WiFi, but by the USB cable to a PC. It installs a Web Connection program on the PC which creates another Ethernet port to the PC.
