My wifi box has been stolen, can I cancel this one and get a new one sent out?

Hi,

 

I had a wifi box with a really good deal on it. I believe it has been stolen, thought I had lost it but I can see there’s been some activity with it over the last month. I’m eligible for an upgrade but as previously stated I don’t want to lose the deal I’ve got. 

I don’t have insurance on this device either so would there be any way of which I can get another device sent out with a SIM card on the deal still running?

Welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to hear your router has been stolen. You'd need to speak to our Mobile Care team as soon as you can so that we can block the SIM card and send you a replacement.


They'll run through your options with you about a replacement too.
