My mobile wifi won't turn on. No lights of any description come on at all. I've charged it and changed charging leads. Any suggestions please?

@Chrissie16 Is this charging from a wall plug? Have you tried changing the plug or just the lead ?

I purchased it in November but only started using it in December. It worked fine for about 6 days but since then nothing at all. I can't take it back to the shop because I'm away. So might end up cancelling the contract. It's so disappointing.
