My 4g EE wfi keeps disconnecting

Recently started to use EE mobile wifi in caravan for better reception then site wifi.

The problem is it keeps disconnecting for no reason although it is constantly plugged in ???

Before EE i had a Vodafone router and had no issues with this device, i changed because price was better on EE and was told 4G is much better. However when it keeps cutting off and i have to push the button on the router price does not matter because it is not usable.

Does the WiFi device switch off when this happens?

 

Is this when you're connected to the WiFi?

Hi 

router is always connected to power but all lights go off it.

I then have to push the button to reset and all light come on and we are online again.

 

Yes when connected

 

I did actually see in the community that this seems to be a problem of this router without any fixes as i can see ???

Unfortunately i am not at my caravan at present but will be at the weekend

Is there a number i can call from my EE mobile so the call will be free as these calls tend to last quite a while in my experience?

As the router is constantly plugged in and "supposedly" on all the time, what is it you need to know or check? can this be done without me being there as i cannot see what i can do other than ask my TV to pick up wifi and turn the router on - it is after all plug and play.
