Mini Osprey 2 mifi

I have purchased above mifi.Set up as instructed to IP address.I have a good connection 4G 3-4 lights  to wifi BUT cannot load any pages On iPhone or iPad...anyone

Yes I have and all reads correctly in set up.I get plenty of wifi coverage but simply will not load a page very frustrating
