Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover. Then you will be able to see your WiFi key in clear in the WiFi Settings section.

Tried the solution that you posted in June about Http://192.168.1.1, but it doesn’t seem to work anymore, any other ideas?
many Thanks

Hi @Prodriveress,

Welcome to the community 🙂

The password will also be on the sticker on the bottom of your router.

If this is no longer there, you can call our Customer Care Team who will be able to help.

Alex 🙂

I have lost my Keep Me Card which has got my security code and password on it for my mobile dongle. How can I replace it so I can set it up in my notebook?

@geraldine6 : Have you tried the Solution above? Doesn't it work for you?
