I'm a pay per month customer, using an iPhone X.
No i hadn't texted the below, if this is the process i hadn't been made aware.
FYI - The code required in EEWiFi (no space).
Apparently it's now all setup and will assume working, will let you know if i've any further issues.

It sounds like you have completed everything to be able to use the WiFi on the London Underground.
Have you checked that the stations you are connecting at have active Virgin Media WiFi?
Our technical team will be able to check the settings on your account to ensure the product is set up correctly if your still not able to connect.

due to the lack of update i've installed the virgin media connect app, using my virgin media account.
* EE support hasn't been good enough on this issue, now looking to move provider.
