Is there a chat system available so I can sort out my lack of 4gee connection?

Router has been losing connection recently. Is there a chat system available so that someone can sort it? Thank you.

@Nmk23: Which model router is it? Are you on contract or PAYG?

 

If you are on contract, on the Get in Touch page open up the "EE                  +" & you will find Live Chat, when it's available during EE UK opening hours, looking like:
