Is it possible to speak to a live supportperson? Which number to dial?

It is not possible to select a bundle: I am led to the top up page and than informed that I should connect thru WIFI to avoid data consumption from the EE card. I have no WiFI so how to proceed?

You should be connecting from 1 of your devices by WiFi to your mobile BB router.

 

There is a 25p charge for a PAYG user to speak to CS but I thought you said you were on a 30 day rolling contract.
