Increasing Access for Older Person

Family member has small portable internet device on ee. He was using it pay as you go, then changed to contract £8 month but this only has very limited usage, runs out quickly. Need to be Be in contact several times day and see him via some sort video link to check on him. Because of age must isolate so no engineer can attend his home. Has Virgin TV. How can he have unlimited broadband  on this little device he has (it is a bit slow) he worries about costs. Can EE do anything for elderly over 80.

Does he not have virgin internet? How are you connecting via video? Does he have a phone/plan? 

 

He/You would need to speak to EE CS on 150 about if they have an improved plan.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

@Lynny1   How have they got Virgin TV without broadband/phone    You can have have TV and BB with out a phone and just a BB connection and no phone but all TV offers include a BB line.

He has TV and Phone no broadband from Virgin. Probably had same package for 20 years.
