I've got the new wifi home router (white cube) and every time we try to connect to it it just says incorrect password. Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Incorrect password when connecting to home router

Hi @zozzbozz,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Are you using the password on the 'keep me' card that came with the router?

The password is case sensitive so you'll need to use capitals/lower case as appropriate.

Thanks

The WiFi pwd is also to be found on the label on the box.
