I'm in the US and need to speak to EE, however I obviously can't call, help?

So i'm in the US and I need to call EE because my 4GEE WIFI Mini will not connect to the network, however I cannot call because I'm in the US and I cannt find live chat or an email, please help.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Welcome to the community,

 

Did you make sure that Roaming was enabled on your account before you went to America?

 

There is not email, that is only for Broadband and landline, not for mobile, which a 4GEE Wifi mini is.

 

Live chat is only available to people with a personal account, who are on a monthly contract, and is only available when someone from EE is available.

 

If you have something like Skype or Viber, you can also ring them, the numbers are in the contact us.

Have you checked that Roaming is enabled on the WiFi Device?

 

You can check this is the Connection Manager.
