I cannot access my iCloud applications through my phone anymore

I use to be able to access my iCloud email, calender and contacts through my Windows phone now for some reason I can no longer reach any of them.  I have tried relaoding yet still no joy...it is a real pain as I cannot see most of my contacts anymore.

 

Can anyonre assist please?

Hi, 

 

Icloud is Apple specific so were you using a third party application to access this info? Have you not backed up to your hotmail/outlook account?

Hi,

 

thanks for your reply...

 

Via my outlook mail app icon I could access my icloud mail, contacts and calendars by adding a new account.  It allows me to add the email account and then trys to sync with icloud however it then fails to retrieve anything.

 

This all use to work on the very same phone, now nothing happens.

Is this your problem? Also some suggestions as to how to fix the issue are detailed in this thread. It seems Apple have made changes. 

 

If you get this working then I recommend you sync up with your ourlook calendar/contacts and use that going forward. As I said initially iCloud is mainly for the Apple users.
