I can’t get my 4gee to connect

I’ve charged my 4gee WiFi mini & inserted the sim but although I can find it though my iPhone it still won’t connect to the internet? Any help appreciated

Do you have a data allowance for it? What does say at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status ?

Yes I’ve managed to get it up and running however can’t do an e-top up on it.
