I am in South America and had to leave uuk before my Sim was active .

Please answer this query . I updated my phone to new Sim after getting new iPhone 7 . The Sim was not active before I left for South America for 4 months . I was told that it could be difficult if I put new sim in so keep old one in . You now keep sending me messages to put my new Sim in and the old one will be disconnected .i am not coming back till the end of April please advise

Are you using an EE, Orange or T-Mobile plan?

 

Is it a pay as you go or pay monthly account?

 

How did you order your new SIM?

Thanks my SIM is part of our surgery plan in Cullompton it comes with an upgrade to an iPhone 7 I received . We order 20 plus new phones every 2 years as part of our upgrade . We are all EE

You'll need to Contact Us and speak to the Business Team to see if they can stop the SIM activation.
