Feedback on customer support

Good evening,


Just a quick post to highlight the excellent service I received from one of your members of staff this evening.


Matt  Newcastle contact centre, was absolutely fantastic. Professional and knowledgeable,; he resolved a complaint wholly and professionally. As such you have kept a customer who was more than likely going to leave EE tonight.


I cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided. I have been a customer of EE/TMOBILE for around 20 years; through good times and bad.at no point in that time have I left a call feeling more highly valued by the company.


An ambassador for your brand that all your staff should seek to emulate.
