I bought a 4GEE mobile wifi device yesterday for work and upon following the instructions provided in the quick start guide the unit is unresponsive. I cannot find the network with my laptop or iPhone. All the lights on the unit are lighting up for about 5 seconds then going dark for one second then repeating the cycle. I have tried to turn it off and reset it as instructed in the documents provided with the device but nothing changes. I have waited for the unit to power down completely then charged it til it is at maximum capacity with no change. I have also pressed the small reset button next to the charging port. Please advise me whether there is a solution or whether I need to take it in to the EE store, and whether they would be able to help me as I bought it from another retailer.

Press the button until all the lights stay on for more then 5 secs.

Hi my device is also not working. Brand new . I have inserted the sim card. And the 4 lights come up blue then the signal strength turns red and only the power button and wifi button shows blue.
Tried restting it .
Spoke to ee but awaiting a technical guru call. Was hoping someone could help.
