I have 50GB of data on my EE 4 GEE WiFi mini . I have to have this at home as I cannot get
broadband where I live . Last month all 50GB of data had gone in about 2 weeks . This month I have started tracking the data and in the space of 4 days 31GB of data has gone ! I only using the WiFi for things like email , google searches and facebook . I always switch it off when Im not using it . I have set my phone to switch off the running of apps in the background . Something must be wrong . I dont normally even use the full amount in a month . Can anyone advise. Ive tried ringing EE but cannot get through. Many thanks

Could you try resetting the device, then setting up your own unique password rather than the default one?
Could your phone possible be doing a backup when it's connected?

Have tried that . I'm in an isolated area so noone else could be using it . Could there be a fault with the box ? I've never used that much data ever !
