Difficultly connecting my minibox to my computer

Hi,

 

I have just bought a 4g Minibox as we only have access to Satillite Internet which is poor..it is working on my phone and my laptop and it shows up on my computer but comes up as connected, no internet...my laptop and phone are right next to it and have full signal. The box is showing 4g signal...I have restarted it a couple of times and turned the box off a couple of times but keeps coming up with the same message. 

 

Any ideas what to do?

So I can try and assist, please may I know if you are in the uk or roaming abroad?

 

Is the device a pay monthly contract or pay as you go?
